Big Red Beaver, Kryptic Memories, Claymation Horror Show
Big Red Beaver is a very swampy, hard rocking kind of band you’d expect to throw secret generator parties deep in the woods early Sunday mornings. Hearing primal beats mixed with the rumbling bass lines that make for an excellent backbone for the very stylistic 7 string riffs and stony leads. Topped off with growls and deep vocals. Big Red Beaver is a 4 piece which formed in the early months of 2009 by the guitar player Chris Anderson. They have this lets see where it goes an...d who wants to take a ride kind of attitude. Going through member changes but keeping the main core, the current lineup consists of John Leoni - vocals , Chris Anderson - guitar , Matteo Bruesch - bass . Now once again, Big Red Beaver can continue to hone their skills and dial in that sound they have been looking for. So now after completing their first full length and prepping for their sophomore album, Big Red Beaver is just getting warmed up.
Kryptic Memories, 5 musicians began their quest in a storage unit. Constant practice and a will to perform swept KM into the public forum. This came not without considerable pain and suffering, commonly inherent in the "rock-nroll" plan. Having propelled themselves into regular performance schedules make for tight, clean, horrific flights of winding audiology. Haunting melodies and churning caverns of psychedelia propagate the bands existence. with influences like Dead Kenned...ys, Alice in Chains, Ramones, White Zombie, and Judas Priest. It's hard, tough, no shit rock-nroll !!! Max, the bands chief powerhouse, leads with driving punk based guitar with style and agility. Then there's Joshua on Rythm guitar. He definitely adds the lightning to the thunder. Speaking of thunder, Gravy pours out funky fusionistic riffs. This four stringed hellion definately fills out the bottom end. Ricky, drums with solid tribal tones and tasteful rythms can keep the energy flowing on any level. Erik, quick witted and versatile voice of reason implements impatient imagery into the cerebral nodes of all who partake. Crooner to straight out nasty, Erik brings it with conviction! No attitudes or egos here. Just the drive to play to the masses.
